These terms apply to your use of apexbjj.co.uk (the “Site”), operated on behalf of Apex Jiu-Jitsu (“Apex”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the Site.

Using the Site

You may use the Site to learn about Apex and to enquire about training. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in any way that is unlawful or that could damage or disrupt it.

Enquiries and free classes

Submitting the enquiry form is a request for us to get in touch — it does not create a membership or a binding booking. Free introductory classes are offered subject to availability and to any conditions we tell you about at the time. Class times and the timetable can change; always check the current timetable before attending.

Training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Muay Thai and MMA is physically demanding and carries inherent risks. Nothing on this Site is medical advice. Train within your own limits and, if in doubt, speak to a doctor before starting. Membership and participation are subject to the separate terms and waiver you agree to when you sign up.

Our content

The text, images, logos and video on the Site belong to Apex Jiu-Jitsu or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other rights. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse its content for your own purposes without our permission.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the Site accurate and up to date but we don’t guarantee it is error-free or always available. The Site is provided “as is”. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Links to other sites

The Site links to third-party services such as Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those services.

Our responsibility to you

We don’t limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site itself.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
